Use the following routes according to the record and the agency that created it.
- For a county-jail mugshot or booking record, start with the Howard County records hub and its HCSO request steps.
- For current custody, use the HCSO Current Inmates roster or call the Jail Book-In Desk. For an active warrant, use Most Wanted Fugitives and the official warrant portal.
- For a Kokomo police report, call or use KPD NextRequest. Greentown and Russiaville police reports begin with the department that created them, while jail booking images remain with HCSO.
